What is the refund policy?

Order cancellation/ Refund can be made during the sales period for Group buy orders. For normal orders, please cancel/ raise refund request within 24 hours since you place the order. System will run automatically and we cannot proceed refund afterwards. There will also be transaction fee applied.

How can I track my order?

After an order has been shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track the package will be sent. You can also log into your account to see the order's status.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on the location and shipping method selected at checkout. Orders will be processed as e-packet and will take 30-60 business days to reach your destination, if not interupted by the custom.

What if my package is lost?

Choosing e-packet is cost-saving. But there's a slight chance the package could be lost in transit (rarely though). After confirming the package is lost in transit, 30% refund (on order value, excluding shipping fee) will be applied.

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

If an order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with the order number and a photo of the item. A replacement or refund will be arranged (case by case), and associated shipping costs will be covered.
